Ramesan Navaratnarajah (Dr Ram) is Director of Babyinc and a Senior Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
He is particularly renowned for his contributions to surgical advancements, high-risk pregnancy management, and fertility treatments.
Dr Ram sees private patients at his clinic on Devonshire Place in the heart of the Marylebone Medical Village, as well as at CRGH City Fertility Clinic and at Nuffield Health at St Bart’s. He operates privately at The Portland Hospital, The Hospital of St John & Elizabeth in St John’s Wood, and at The Nuffield Hospital at St Bart’s.

Shaun Rogers is our in-house Clinical Scientist and Embryologist and has worked in all areas of IVF since 1992. He has extensive experience in reproductive care in dedicated male factor infertility clinics and in embryology laboratories focusing on men’s health issues.
Shaun performs semen analyses and consultation on:

Sheetal Barhate is Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Subfertility at St Bart’s. She is lead for Ultrasonography, HyCoSy, and 3D Scan Services. She provides cutting-edge diagnostic- and treatment options, including Fertility MOT, IVF, ICSI, ovulation induction, egg freezing, and IUI, as well as specialised treatments for same-sex couples, social egg freezing and fertility preservation. Sheetal also offers full spectrum menopause management, from initial assessment and diagnosis to the development of personalised treatment plans, and is particularly skilled in addressing the complex hormonal, physical, and emotional challenges that women face during menopause.
Amr Raheem is Professor and Consultant in Andrology (Male Fertility) at Cairo University Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He has a wealth of experience in this highly specialised field: he is a leading expert in infertility and contraception, Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction, and male hypogonadism. He performs a large number of highly specialised procedures including microsurgical sperm retrieval, microsurgical reconstruction for obstructive azoospermia, vasectomy reversal, microsurgical vaso-vasostomy, microsurgical epididymo-vasostomy, microsurgical varicocelectomy, inflatable penile prosthesis, penile grafting and plication procedures, and microsurgical denervation of the spermatic cord for chronic scrotal pain.
